New armor on the 1st Everything ships on the 28th
We only sell armor that is already finished. Each month a new batch goes live, you order what is in stock, and the whole month ships together.

The drop opens
A new batch of finished armor goes on sale. What you see on the site is on the shelf in the forge.

You order
Buy what is in stock. First come, first served. A cart does not hold a piece.

Everything ships
Every order from the month leaves the forge together. You get an email once yours is on its way.

After the 28th
Next batch
You can still order what is left in stock. It ships on the 28th of the following month.
Before you order

Already made
Every piece is finished before it goes on sale. No preorders, no custom work. The only exception is an aventail in your club colours.

Often one of each
A sold-out size does not come back this drop. The next drop may bring a different selection.

You pay when you order
Once paid, the piece is yours. It waits for you at the forge until dispatch day.

The 28th is dispatch, not delivery
Transit time depends on your country. You see the shipping cost at checkout.

Does my cart hold a piece?
No. A piece is yours only once you pay. Availability is checked again at checkout.

Can I return armor?
Within the EU you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Write to hello@praguesteelmakerz.com before you send anything back.
What does the stock number count?
Every piece still for sale in the current drop, across all the armor. A pair, such as gauntlets, counts as one.
