Refund policy

The short version of sections 5 and 6 of our Terms of service. If anything here differs, the terms apply.

14 days to change your mind

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can also cancel before the goods ship, while they wait for the 28th.

Email hello@praguesteelmakerz.com or use the contact form with your order number. We confirm by email.

Sending it back

Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing, to Prague Warforge s.r.o., Na Folimance 2155/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic. You pay the return shipping. Pack the armor so it is not damaged in transit. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid within 14 days of your withdrawal, including shipping up to the cheapest option we offer, to the original payment method. We may hold the refund until the goods arrive or you show proof of sending them.

Try the armor on as you would in a shop. If it has been used in training or combat, we deduct the loss of value from the refund.

Made to your specifications

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or personalized for you. Where we offer such goods, the product page says so. Regular drop pieces are not such goods.

Defects

You can claim a defect within 24 months of receipt. Email us the order number, a description and photos. We settle claims within 30 days and cover reasonable shipping costs for a justified claim.

Hammer marks, visible welds and the other handmade characteristics listed in the terms are not defects. Neither is normal wear from fighting. A cracked weld, a loose rivet or faulty material is.
