Both leave the forge on the same day, the 28th of the month. Premium shortens the trip to you, not the wait for dispatch.

The whole month's batch leaves the forge the same day.

Standard usually takes 3–8, Premium 2–5 business days.

We pick the carrier
Every country has a service we have tested. Post, Packeta, PPL, DPD, GLS, DHL or UPS. Nothing for you to compare.

Our risk until delivery
If a parcel is lost or damaged, we sort it out with the carrier, not you.

One price per order
A full harness weighs over 35 kg and travels in two parcels. You pay for shipping once.

Free, in Prague 2. We arrange the pickup time by email.

Can I choose a specific carrier?
No. For each country we use the service that delivers there most reliably. You will see the carrier in the email with your tracking number.
Does shipping cost more if I order more pieces?
No. The price is per order. Heavier orders go out in several parcels at our cost.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Take photos of the box and the contents and write to hello@praguesteelmakerz.com. We handle the claim with the carrier.
