Buhurt brigandine and body armor
A brigandine for the torso and a scale skirt for the hips. Together they cover the body between the gorget and the cuisses.

How drops work
Torso
Brigandine: two layers of structural fabric, neck fabric and 1 mm hardened steel plates.
The brigandine is two layers of structural fabric over 1 mm hardened steel plates, with fabric at the neck. The steel takes the blows. The fabric holds the plates in place. It comes in one size.
The scale skirt hangs below the brigandine and is built from overlapping plates. Sizes S, M and L.
